Job summary

Rheinmetall in the United Kingdom seeks an organised Administrator to join the Spares Team within the Supply Chain. You will coordinate customer orders, monitor stock, and drive OTIF performance while building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience within defence and/or logistics is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar MRP system.
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled using MS Excel and SAP for order processing.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & administer customer orders to meet OTIF targets.
• Monitor & release stock, close orders, and process invoicing.
• Manage customer & supplier relationships to build confidence.
• Create and maintain work packages using the SAP/MS toolset.
• Lead on customer demand escalations and inform delivery plans bi-weekly.
• Liaise with UK/EU teams to share best practice and drive improvements.
• Resolve quality issues affecting part supply to reduce escapes.
• Undertake other reasonable tasks as required.
