About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end fulfilment of aftermarket spare parts orders, helping move customer requirements efficiently from order through picking, dispatch and collection. You will monitor order progress, coordinate with internal teams, communicate updates to customers and help ensure urgent requirements are prioritised effectively.

About NOV

Why Join NOV

  • Review component shortages and follow up on actions needed to support customer delivery requirements.
  • Support shipping activities, including preparation of relevant shipping documentation and completion of required compliance steps.
  • Maintain and update operational reports, including regular customer open-order information.
  • Communicate delivery improvements or delays that may affect operational and monthly performance.
