Job summary

James-Hall- is seeking a Store Manager to take full responsibility for the store's success, leading and developing the team while delivering excellent customer service, strong financial performance, and high standards of operation.

You will control costs, drive sales, maintain security, ensure health & safety and food hygiene, and uphold company policies. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and adaptability to support both people and business growth.
