Job summary

James-Hall- is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, lead a team, and ensure outstanding customer service across shifts.

You will cover Store Manager duties in their absence, maintain store standards, health and safety, and audits, with a flexible approach to hours. This permanent role is 32 hours per week and based in the Carlisle area.

Qualifications

• Leading by example to ensure all store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained
• Updating and maintaining store audits and administrative procedures
