James-Hall- is seeking a Store Manager to take full responsibility for the store's success, lead and develop the team, and drive excellent customer service, sales, and compliance in a hands-on role.

The role focuses on people, performance, and operational standards, with duties including cost control, security, health and safety, and staff motivation. The successful candidate will model leadership and deliver strong results in a busy retail environment.
