Job summary

James-Hall- is seeking a Supervisor to help run a store part-time. You will lead a team, deliver strong customer service, and support daily operations during shifts.

Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

As a Supervisor, you’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities that keep the store running efficiently and the team performing at their best, including:

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager
• Leading by example to ensure all store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained
• Updating and maintaining store audits and administrative procedures
