Job summary

PE Global is recruiting for a Market Associate on behalf of a leading global accommodation and travel platform. Based remotely in the UK, ideally London, the 12-month contract starts 1 January 2027. You will manage a portfolio of service hosts in Spain and partner with Market Managers to drive revenue and tool adoption.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with 2–4 years in a client-facing role. UK work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in account management, partner support, customer success or similar client-facing role.
• Native-level Spanish and fluency in English.
• UK-based, ideally London, with right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of service hosts across Spain.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to improve pricing, availability, service quality and operational performance.
• Provide tailored recommendations to help hosts optimise revenue and platform tool adoption.
• Translate host challenges into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
• Support webinars, campaigns and educational initiatives to improve host engagement.
