Career Moves Group partners with a global travel and services platform to recruit a Spanish-speaking Sales Executive for the Spanish market. This remote UK role focuses on building a network of providers and guiding onboarding.

You will identify prospects, conduct outreach, tailor pitches, and manage a pipeline to convert leads into partnerships, collaborating with internal teams to optimize the process.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English communication.
• 2–4 years in sales, business development, partnerships, or related roles.
• UK-based location preferred; remote within the UK.
• Experience engaging with small business owners or service providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective service providers through research, networking, and community engagement.
• Generate new business via cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to each prospect.
• Manage a pipeline of leads with regular follow-up through to application.
• Support onboarding of new providers with internal teams.
• Test new approaches to sourcing, engagement and conversion.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress, opportunities, and challenges.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project milestones and improve acquisition processes.
