French Selection (FS) in Newport seeks a Spanish speaking Customer Service Associate on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 at home). You will handle inquiries, process orders, provide technical support, and handle invoices in a fast-paced environment.

The six-month fixed-term contract may extend to a permanent role for the right candidate, with salary around £26,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) – Essential.
• Previous customer service or admin experience – Desired.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• IT literate (ideally SAP).

Responsibilities

• Answer all customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner.
• Order processing and arranging deliveries.
• Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting.
• Process invoices and take payment details.
• Support the team with any administration duties as necessary.
