University of the Arts London (UAL) is hiring a Space Coordinator for Chelsea College of Arts. You'll work with the Building Operations team to ensure spaces are ready for activities, coordinating with Timetabling, AV Support and Facilities to arrange extra support where needed.

You’ll contribute to projects refreshing and maintaining buildings, optimising space use, and minimising disruption to college activities.

Formación

• Track record of using systems to optimise space use and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and organise workload to achieve objectives.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to liaise with end users and support teams.
• Experience in a front-facing, busy office environment is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Help Building Operations to support and maintain College shared spaces.
• Coordinate with Timetabling, AV Support and Facilities to prepare rooms for bookings.
• Identify opportunities to optimise space and enhance end-user experience.
• Cover other CCW sites as required and develop knowledge of all sites within Camberwell Chelsea Wimbledon.
