Job summary

University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a proactive Support Technician to provide exceptional technical equipment support to our students and staff at Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts (CCW). As a Support Technician CLS, you’ll contribute to the delivery of technical services within the Technical Team in our Central Loan Stores.

You’ll staff the collections/returns desk during daily set opening hours, accurately maintaining the department’s online database and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a range of technical equipment issues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Staff the collections/returns desk at CCW on a rota, within opening hours.
• Maintain the department’s online database and ensure equipment is returned in full.
• Provide clear oral and written guidance on proper use and safety of equipment.
