Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Spa Therapist at the Runnymede on Thames, part of the Warner Hotels Group. You will deliver high-standard spa treatments, ensuring guests enjoy a luxurious experience, backed by comprehensive training and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year spa industry experience preferred.
• Level 2/3 qualifications required or preferred.
• Massage/Hot Stone qualifications preferred.
• Holistic qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki or Hopi ear candling preferred.
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, or Mii products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of professional spa treatments to guests.
• Provide a 5-star luxury guest experience.
• Support the spa and leisure team with ad-hoc duties (reception cover, cleaning).

Spa Therapist- Up to £14.85 per hour.

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What We Are Looking For In a Spa Therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications* (Preferred but not essential)
• Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii. (Preferred but not essential)

Please note the hourly rate is based on experience, qualifications and age. Retail and incentive schemes involve a target which must be achieved. Full details will be provided at the interview.
