Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Spa Therapist for our Nidd Hall Spa team in Harrogate. The position offers up to £13.21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, within a luxury setting of 199 bedrooms and 45 acres of gardens.

Join our spa and leisure department to deliver high-standard treatments, advise on skincare products, and support guest experiences. Warner provides extensive benefits, training, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications.
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred).
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications (Preferred).
• Holistic qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred).
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver spa treatments to a high standard and guest-focused experience.
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with ad-hoc duties (reception cover, cleaning).
• Offer expert skincare and body product advice with full training provided.
• Deliver Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.
