We have an exciting opportunity for a Spa Welcome Host to join our team on a full-time basis (37 hours per week) at the Spa at St Sidwell's Point, Exeter. As the face of the spa, you will play a vital role in shaping every guest's journey, from the first enquiry to their departure. This is a rewarding and varied role that combines outstanding customer service, operational responsibility, sales awareness, and attention to detail. Working alongside a passionate and supportive team, you will help create an environment where guests feel cared for, valued, and inspired to prioritise their wellbeing.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently taking ownership of tasks, staying one step ahead, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our guests can fully relax and unwind. We're seeking a positive, self-motivated team player who combines warmth and professionalism with strong organisational skills. You'll be comfortable working independently, building meaningful relationships with guests and colleagues, and consistently delivering the highest standards of customer care. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional, polished appearance and presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work towards individual and team targets, proactively upsell treatments, products, and services. Experience in a spa, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service environment is desirable.
