Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa in Hinckley seeks a Spa Therapist to support the Spa Manager across Leisure and Spa facilities, ensuring guests receive a consistently high level of service. You will perform a range of treatments to an excellent standard, mentor new therapists, and help grow regular client bookings.

Responsibilities include maintaining spa cleanliness, achieving retail targets, and sharing product knowledge with guests while observing all legal and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering guest-focused service in a hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards.
• Proficient with standard IT tasks and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager in day-to-day running of Leisure and Spa facilities.
• Carry out a range of treatments to an extremely high standard.
• Mentor and support new Therapists in procedures and products.
• Achieve consistently high retail targets.
• Build a regular client base.
• Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to a high standard.
• Ensure cleanliness and service standards in housekeeping areas.
• Understand cost control and its impact in the role.
• Provide product and local knowledge to guests.
