Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa in Hinckley is seeking a hospitality-oriented team member to serve guests in our Bar and Restaurant, assisting with mise en place and ensuring service meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the Bar and Restaurant to the highest standard
• Assist in Restaurant setup and close-down
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
• Support efficient running of service across the team
• Maintain mise en place levels and rotate stock
• Uphold Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in front and back of house
• Dress in uniform correctly and professionally
• Build positive relationships with other hotel departments
