Job summary

Champneys is seeking a dedicated Spa professional to support the promotion of our iconic wellbeing brand in Mottram St Andrew. You will maintain high spa standards, deliver treatments, train colleagues and collaborate with managers to hit KPIs and enhance guest experiences.

You will oversee therapist schedules, assist with recruitment, and work closely with reception to maximise revenue while upholding our spa service standards and brand promises.

Qualifications

• Ability to uphold Champneys Spa customer service standards
• Experience in supervising team performance and scheduling
• Experience in recruitment including interviews and inductions
• Strong focus on delivering high standards in treatments and retail

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily uniform checks to uphold high standards
• Work with Elemis and Clarins Account Managers to maximize retail opportunities
• Collaborate with Spa Management and in-house trainer to meet KPIs
• Attend the 8am booking station and ensure attendance
• Organise and monitor therapist rotas and recruitment tasks
• Train and develop therapists in specialist treatments and customer service
• Maintain stock management for treatment and retail products
• Liaise with product suppliers on training needs and promotions
• Ensure spa standards are adhered to at all times
• Support reception team to maximise revenue opportunities
• Deliver treatments to the required standards within set times
• Ensure rooms and therapist presentation are clean, hygienic and well-maintained
• Communicate daily treatment and retail revenues to therapists
