Job summary

Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa in Hinckley is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain immaculate guest rooms and deliver a memorable stay. You will clean and service rooms, restock amenities and prepare spaces for guests’ arrival.

You will greet guests, handle requests, and work as part of a team across hotel departments to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service. Flexibility for shifts and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms according to standards and procedures.
• Greet and acknowledge guests to deliver a great experience.
• Notify Supervisor when service is complete so rooms can be sold or occupied.
• Report guest requests or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Respond to guest complaints and take actions to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with other departments to ensure quality and service.
• May assist with deep cleaning and turndown duties.
