Job summary

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a level 3 Spa Therapist to create relaxing experiences for guests, deliver a range of treatments, and advise on products. You will upsell and book additional treatments while contributing to the guest journey.

You will participate in regular training with Elemis Ambassadors, enjoy uniform, and benefit from staff discounts, free parking, and development opportunities within The QHotels Collection.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 beauty/spa qualification required.
• Previous spa therapist experience desirable but not essential.
• Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxing experience for guests, whether staying in a hotel or spa break, and deliver a range of treatments.
• Advise guests on the best products and upsell/book additional treatments.
• Sell products from our retail offer and participate in product upsell and bookings.
• Attend regular training with Elemis Ambassadors across the group to improve skills.
