Job summary

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort part of The QHotels Collection is seeking a level 3 Spa Therapist to create relaxing guest experiences, deliver spa treatments, and upsell products. You will participate in regular Elemis training and enjoy benefits such as uniform, health club access, and staff discounts.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in beauty/spa, with desirable Spa Therapist experience. Knowledge of Elemis and Jessica Nails is a bonus.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent beauty/spa qualification.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist desirable.
• Knowledge of Elemis and Jessica Nails would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxing guest experience and deliver a variety of spa treatments.
• Advise on products and upsell or book additional treatments.
• Attend regular training with Elemis Ambassadors to perfect skills.

What will I do?

Create a relaxing experience for the guest whether they are attending as a hotel guest or on a spa break, deliver a variety of treatments and using your expertise, advise on the best products for the guest. You will sell a variety of products from our retail offer as well as upselling or booking guests in for additional or further treatments. You'll attend regular training with our Elemis Ambassadors across the group to perfect your skills!

Is this the role for me?

NVQLevel 3(or equivalenc)beauty / spa qualification Previousexperience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, not essential Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus!

Spa Opening Times: Monday -Sunday 10:00am - 19:00pm Health Club Opening Times: Monday - Friday 6:30am- Saturday & Sunday: 7:30am- 20:00pm
