Job summary

Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a Level 3 Spa Therapist to create relaxing guest experiences, delivering a range of treatments and recommending products from our retail offer. You will upsell, book future appointments and participate in regular Elemis training across the group.

The property offers a clear development pathway, a generous benefits package, and access to health & fitness facilities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, not essential.
• Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxing experience for the guest whether they are attending as a hotel guest or on a spa break.
• Deliver a variety of treatments and advise on the best products for the guest.
• Sell a variety of products from our retail offer and upsell/book guests for additional treatments.
• Attend regular training with our Elemis Ambassadors across the group to perfect your skills.
