Job summary

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa in Thame, near Oxford, is seeking a level 3 Spa Therapist to deliver a range of treatments and create a relaxing guest experience for hotel guests or spa breaks.

You will upsell products, advise on skincare, and participate in regular Elemis training. Benefits include uniform, 15% commission, free health club access, staff discounts, and parking support. Training and development are emphasized within The QHotels Collection.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 beauty/spa qualification or equivalent.
• Previous spa therapist experience is desirable.
• Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver spa treatments and create a relaxing guest experience.
• Advise on products and best therapies; upsell and book further treatments.
• Attend regular training with Elemis Ambassadors across the group.

What will I do?

Create a relaxing experience for the guest whether they are attending as a hotel guest or on a spa break, deliver a variety of treatments and using your expertise, advise on the best products for the guest. You will sell a variety of products from our retail offer as well as upselling or booking guests in for additional or further treatments. You'll attend regular training with our Elemis Ambassadors across the group to perfect your skills!

Is this the role for me?

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty /
spa qualification
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is
desirable, not essential
Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience
would be a bonus!

Spa Opening Times: Monday - Sunday 10:00am - 18:00pm

Health Club Opening Times: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 20:30pm | Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 19:00pm
