Job summary

The Lensbury in Teddington is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver a range of high-quality treatments and ensure outstanding guest care throughout the spa journey. You will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa and work with a friendly team.

The successful candidate will hold Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent), be passionate about guest experiences, and stay informed on current beauty trends. Excellent communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of current health and beauty trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

About Us

The Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of high-quality treatments, ensure outstanding customer care throughout each guest's spa journey, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.

Treatments & Experience

The ideal candidate will be experienced in:

• Facials
• Body treatments
• Massage therapies
• Manicures, Pedicures and Gel applications
• Waxing
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards

What we are looking for

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• A professional, positive and friendly approach
• Strong knowledge of current health and beauty trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
