Job summary

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa in Thame, near Oxford, seeks a level 3 Spa Therapist to lead a small team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor colleagues, perform a variety of treatments, and guide guests on product choices during stays or spa breaks.

You will also upsell products, coordinate bookings for future visits, and engage in regular training with Elemis Ambassadors. A clear development pathway accompanies a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 beauty/spa qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Supervisory or management experience is desirable.
• Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor a team of Therapists to deliver a relaxing guest experience.
• Deliver a range of spa treatments and advise on products for guests.
• Upsell products and book additional or future treatments; participate in team training.

What will I do?

Supporting and mentoring a team of Therapists, you will create a relaxing experience for the guest whether they are attending as a hotel guest or on a spa break, deliver a variety of treatments and using your expertise, advise on the best products for the guest. You will sell a variety of products from our retail offer as well as upselling or booking guests in for additional or further treatments. You'll attend regular training with our Elemis Ambassadors across the group to perfect your skills!

Spa Opening Times: Monday - Sunday 10:00am - 18:00pm
Health Club Opening Times: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 20:30pm | Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 19:00pm
