Job summary

Verde Resorts' Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa near King's Lynn is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver massage-based treatments from our menu, book appointments, and maintain a welcoming salon environment.

The role is permanent, part-time (16 hours across weekends and bank holidays). NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy required; previous salon experience preferred. Benefits include enhanced holiday entitlement, staff discounts, free use of facilities and health plan.

We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team at Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa near King's Lynn. Hourly rate of £12.71 plus commission!

This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be 16 hours across variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Spa Therapist will

• Perform a range of treatments on guests from our treatment menu, majority will be massage based.
• Answer queries and book appointments, advise guests on suitable treatments
• Ensure that the salon is appealing to guests.
• Actively work to help promote the spa.
• Upsell beauty products and treatments where appropriate.
• Ensure client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

Previous salon experience is desired. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential for this position. The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
