Job summary

The Newt in Somerset is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver holistic treatments inspired by our estate gardens. You’ll craft a tranquil, 5-star guest experience while supporting daily spa operations.

Qualifications

• Strong spa therapist experience.
• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Spa Therapy qualifications (or equivalent).
• Fluent English with confident communication.
• Excellent time-management and organisation.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach.
• Collaborative team mindset with guest care.

Responsibilities

Spa Therapist

£26,870 per annum plus Tronc and fantastic benefits - on target earnings of up to £35,000

40 hours per week available - open to full time and part time candidates. Weekday and weekend working with various shifts between 8:30am and 8:30pm

With every treatment, you’ll deliver a personalised, 5-star experience while supporting seamless spa operations throughout the day.

The Hammam is a key feature of the Spa, offering natural cleansing and heat-based rituals central to our wellness philosophy. Guests also enjoy Rasul, Halotherapy, Steam Room, Sauna, and indoor/outdoor pools. Treatments and products are crafted using estate-grown herbs and botanicals, creating a calm, natural environment focused on real and restorative wellbeing.
