Crowne Plaza Reading East is seeking a talented Spa Therapist to provide a range of professional treatments and create a relaxing environment for guests. You will maintain high standards of service and care, while promoting spa products and packages.

The role requires qualifications in beauty or massage therapy and experience in a hotel, spa, wellness centre, or salon. Flexibility to work weekends is preferred to support the team and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Qualified Spa Therapist with recognised beauty or massage therapy certifications.
• Experience in a hotel, spa, wellness centre, or salon environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty therapies.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their spa journey.
• Maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Promote and sell spa products, treatments, and packages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Assist in creating a calm, relaxing, and professional spa environment.
• Support the wider spa and hotel team as required.
