Starting your Journey:

As a Spa Supervisor, you will ensure a guest-focused experience within Yu Spa, maintaining Apex standards and delivering exceptional health and beauty treatments. You will coach, develop, and support beauty staff to provide top customer care and consistent service.

You will strive to create memorable moments for our guests, offering personalized experiences they will want to share.

Joining the Spa team, you will:

• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to embody Apex’s core values of Trust, Friendliness, Teamwork, and Passion
• Deliver exceptional guest service consistently
• Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and guest interaction
• Assist in training the spa therapist team, working with the Spa & Leisure Manager to keep treatments at industry-leading levels
• Promote a positive team environment, fostering morale and pride
• Comply with legal and statutory requirements related to Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety, and Employment laws
• Support revenue growth through targeted upselling and incentive schemes
• Assist with inventory control and operational costs
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of treatment areas and equipment

As a Spa Supervisor, attention to detail and excellent standards are essential. You will enjoy engaging with guests, providing assistance, multitasking efficiently, and maintaining a friendly demeanor. We value your personality and encourage you to bring your authentic self to work.

You will undertake a structured 12-week training program to develop your skills, knowledge, and confidence as a Spa Supervisor. We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold HNC or HND qualifications or equivalent beauty qualifications
• Have experience in a Spa or wellness setting
• Can uphold high standards
• Are proactive and use initiative
• Are self-aware and capable of self-evaluation
• Possess a customer service-oriented attitude
• Genuinely want to provide a Warmer Welcome to our guests
