Job summary

The Edwardian Manchester spa is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, handle pre-treatment administration, and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their spa experience. You will also handle opening/closing procedures and stock monitoring.

Promoting spa services to boost sales, answering questions about treatments, and collaborating with other departments are key parts of the role. Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Spa or Health Club experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, polite telephone manner.
• Works well in a team and coordinates with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for spa guests, welcome them warmly, complete pre-treatment administration, and ensure a smooth experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures when on duty.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock to the Spa Manager.
• Confidently promote and sell all spa services to maximize sales potential.
• Answer guest questions about treatments and services available in the Spa.
