Job summary

The Edwardian Manchester Spa is seeking a Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests entering the Spa. You will welcome them warmly, complete any pre-treatment administration and ensure they have everything they need to enjoy their experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, stock checks, and promoting spa services to maximise revenue. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous spa or health club experience required or keen to develop in the field.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, polite telephone manner.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the Spa and complete pre-treatment administration.
• Open and close procedures when on duty.
• Check stock levels and report low stock to Spa Manager.
• Promote and sell spa services to maximize sales.
• Answer guest questions about treatments and services.
