Job summary

Champneys at Tring is seeking a Part-Time Reception colleague to help create a welcoming first impression for guests and members. You will manage check-in, registrations, and offer guided tours plus assist with spa, fitness and wellness bookings within our renowned wellbeing brand.

In this role you will build knowledge of resort facilities, support treatment bookings or personal training arrangements and help guide potential members through facility tours, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring the courteous and efficient process of checking-in, completing the correct registration procedure including offering a tour where appropriate and explaining the welcome pack / itinerary.
• Having a full and comprehensive knowledge of resort suite and being able to support with treatment bookings, PT sessions and completing itineraries.
• Conducting facility show rounds where required to potential new members.

Contract: Part Time
Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour plus gratuities

24 hours per week
