Champneys Eastwell Manor is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team. This part-time position focuses on delivering a warm welcome, guiding guests through check-in procedures, and offering information about spa facilities and treatments.

You will support with bookings, tours, and itineraries while ensuring a seamless guest experience that aligns with our wellness brand. Benefits and staff perks accompany the role.

Spa Receptionist

Champneys Eastwell Manor

Contract: Part Time
Salary: up to £12.71 per hour

24 hours per week

We only have one opportunity to create a first impression, make sure it counts. Our reception colleagues are knowledge resources and as such have an in-depth knowledge of the Spa, Wellbeing and Fitness operation as well as the property and the local area.

Some responsbilities include;

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring the courteous and efficient process of checking-in, completing the correct registration procedure including offering a tour where appropriate and explaining the welcome pack / itinerary.
• Having a full and comprehensive knowledge of resort suite and being able to support with treatment bookings, PT sessions and completing itineraries.
• Conducting facility show rounds where required to potential new members.
