Job summary

Champneys is seeking a part-time reception colleague to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and guide them through registration, tours, and the welcome pack itinerary. You will serve as a knowledge resource on the Spa, Wellbeing and Fitness operations and the local area.

This role requires a friendly, proactive approach; you will assist with bookings, tours of the resort suite, and supporting treatment bookings and Personal Training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring the courteous and efficient process of checking-in, completing the correct registration procedure including offering a tour where appropriate and explaining the welcome pack / itinerary.
• Having a full and comprehensive knowledge of resort suite and being able to support with treatment bookings, PT sessions and completing itineraries.
• Conducting facility show rounds where required to potential new members.

Salary: up to £12.71 per hour

24 hours per week
