Job summary

Champneys Tring is seeking a friendly reception team member for a part-time role at the renowned wellness brand. You will welcome guests, manage check-in, explain the welcome pack, and support bookings for treatments and fitness activities.

Qualifications

• Front desk hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage check-in procedures.
• Knowledge of spa services and local area is a plus.

Contract: Part Time
Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour plus gratuities

24 hours per week

The spa operation is the very essence of our brand and as such the welcoming and knowledge that is shared with our guests and members is of great importance. We only have one opportunity to create a first impression, make sure it counts. Our reception colleagues are knowledge resources and as such have an in-depth knowledge of the Spa, Wellbeing and Fitness operation as well as the property and the local area.

Some responsbilities include;

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring the courteous and efficient process of checking-in, completing the correct registration procedure including offering a tour where appropriate and explaining the welcome pack / itinerary.
• Having a full and comprehensive knowledge of resort suite and being able to support with treatment bookings, PT sessions and completing itineraries.
• Conducting facility show rounds where required to potential new members.
