Key Responsibilities

Greet all spa guests with warmth and professionalism.

Manage appointment bookings, spa software, and client profiles with accuracy and efficiency

Coordinate smoothly with spa therapists and hotel departments

Handle payments, vouchers, and guest queries

Maintain a serene, well-presented reception area

Requirements

Previous experience in a spa receptionist role is essential

Shift of early mornings, evening, weekends and holidays are required

Confident using spa software (, Premier Spa)
