About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Podcast Host to launch and grow Dera's podcast series. You will interview experts in the blockchain and DeFi space, create engaging content for our audience, and contribute to establishing Dera aAudios a thought leader in the industry. If you have experience in podcasting and a passion for decentralized finance, this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills.

This is a part-time role with equity compensation, As the Podcast Host, you'll play a key role in shaping DERAs voice in the Web3 space. You'll connect with industry experts, create compelling audio content, and help position Dera as a thought leader in decentralized finance.

What Youll Do

• Host and produce insightful podcast episodes
• Research, invite, and interview top voices in blockchain/Web3/DeFi
• Collaborate with marketing to grow our audience
• Share stories that engage, educate, and inspire our community
