Job summary

Motive8 is seeking a Gym and Spa Supervisor for the Brent Cross West luxury residential facility. Part-time 30 hours per week, £15.36 per hour plus personal training revenue. Lead a small team and deliver exceptional service to residents and guests.

You'll ensure the facility is immaculate and operating at peak performance, update SOPs/EAPs, manage staffing budgets, and collaborate with the wider estate team to elevate the resident experience.

Qualifications

• REPs Level 3 certification (Level 2 considered).
• Experience managing staff and performance.
• Basic budgeting and financial reporting understanding.
• Strong health and safety knowledge in leisure settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Lead and motivate a small team to exceed expectations.
• Ensure the facility is immaculate and operating at peak performance.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to update SOPs, EAPs, and risk assessments.

Your Role: More Than Just Supervision

• As the face of our luxury gym and spa, you'll be responsible for:
• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests
• Cultivating a welcoming and thriving wellness community
• Leading and motivating a small team to consistently exceed expectations
• Ensuring the facility is immaculate and operating at peak performance
• Collaborating with the Area Manager to maintain and update SOPs, EAPs, and risk assessments in line with industry best practices
• Managing staffing budgets and supporting monthly financial reporting
• Partnering with the wider residential estate team to enhance the overall resident experience

What We’re Looking For

• We’re seeking someone who’s not just qualified - but ready to make a real impact:
• REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
• Self‑motivated and confident working independently
• Experience in staff and performance management
• Basic understanding of budgets and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of health & safety best practices in leisure settings
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Desirable Attributes

• Previous experience in luxury gym, spa, or hotel environments
• First aid or pool safety certification
• Pool plant operation experience
