Ardencote Manor | Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat is hiring a Leisure Assistant to join the Spa Leisure Team. The role offers both full-time and part-time permanent positions with a warm, guest-focused environment.

You will welcome guests, maintain spa and fitness facilities, and lead engaging activities like archery and sauna rituals. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is required, with a competitive £13.00 per hour rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure, spa or hospitality environments is advantageous.
• First aid or pool rescue qualifications are beneficial.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are important.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure spa, poolside, thermal facilities, gym and changing areas are clean, safe and presentable.
• Lead and support guest activities such as archery, axe throwing and sauna rituals.
• Monitor poolside safety and ensure guests enjoy facilities safely.
• Carry out routine safety checks and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to guest inquiries, feedback and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with the Leisure Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
