Job summary
Soho House is seeking a senior spa leader to oversee all aspects of the spa, ensuring an exceptional member experience and luxury service standard. You will lead a diverse team, drive revenue and retail performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative wellness experiences.
This hands-on, commercially minded role requires visible leadership, strong financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality, wellbeing, and delivering memorable guest experiences in a luxury
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering commercial results.
- Strong financial and operational management experience, including budgets, forecasting and KPI ownership.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Passion for hospitality, wellness and creating memorable member experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of spa operations including member experience and financial results.
- Lead a high-performing spa team of therapists, receptionists and leaders.
- Drive revenue, profitability and retail targets across the spa.
- Maximise treatment room utilisation, therapist productivity and member engagement.
- Collaborate with Membership, Events, Marketing and operations to create wellness experiences.
- Champion merchandising and product knowledge to boost retail performance.
- Review and improve operational processes to Soho House standards.
