Job summary

Soho House invites applications for a Spa Supervisor to support daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring exceptional guest service, a calm atmosphere, and the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

You will help lead the spa team, manage bookings, assist with recruitment and training, ensure health and safety compliance, and work to meet service and financial targets within a luxury private members club setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a therapist or spa supervisory role.
• Recognised spa, massage, or beauty therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ, ITEC, CIDESCO)
• Experience working in a luxury spa, hotel, or private members club setting
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations of the spa and wellness areas, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and member satisfaction
• Lead the spa team in delivering high-quality services including massage, facials, and body treatments, adhering to brand and treatment protocols
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of therapists and spa attendants
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
• Maintain spa ambience and standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities
• Assist the Spa Manager with stock control, supplier liaison, and inventory management
• Help manage guest bookings, treatment schedules, and coordination with reception
• Respond professionally to member and guest feedback or concerns
• Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs, and reduce unnecessary overtime to maintain operational excellence.
• Uphold and enforce standards of appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism across the team
