Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Spa Host to act as an ambassador for its premium spa retreats, welcoming members and guiding them through the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room. In this role you will help maintain a pristine spa environment, supporting a premium health and wellness offering and ensuring members can relax and unwind to the highest standards.

You will be part of the spa team at our Ellesmere Port club, collaborating with colleagues to create a memorable member

Qualifications

• Experience in premium customer service environment.
• Passion for health & wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter delivering a high-quality member experience.

About the Role

The Spa Host acts as an ambassador for the spa retreats, welcoming members and ensuring they understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room. The position supports a premium health and wellness offering, helping members relax and unwind.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience within a premium customer service environment.
• A passion for all things health and wellbeing.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
