A Receptionist at David Lloyd Leisure Beaconsfield is the first point of contact for our members, delivering a premium experience by answering queries, handling bookings and greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism.

You will uphold brand standards in the reception area, support club operations in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with a friendly team to help our members thrive physically and mentally.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a frontline role.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and manage their queries.
• Handle bookings and inquiries at the reception desk.
• Maintain a clean, presentable reception area in line with brand standards.
