Aqua Sana is an award-winning spa offering a combination of experiences, products and treatments. Each spa – one at each Center Parcs location – is uniquely designed, with a minimum of 15 spa experience rooms to explore. There is also an extensive range of face and body treatments available to book, carried out by expert therapists using products from the finest treatment houses including Elemis and VOYA.

Aqua Sana is extremely popular and is accessible to both guests staying on the Village as a Center Parcs guest, and external guests who visit Aqua Sana during a Spa Day, Luxury Spa Break or for a treatment.

SPA HOST | £11.60 per hour

As a SpaHost you will provide a professional and friendly welcome to all Aqua Sana Guests, ensuring the smooth running of the Guest Service Journey and delivering the best possible experience. Working as part of a team, the role requires an outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all guests are greeted in a bright, professional and friendly manner and ensuring their requests/queries are dealt with efficiently
• Working alongside theentire Aqua Sana team to ensure the smooth running of the department
• Checking the spa and general areas on a regular basis and ensuring they are to the required standard. Escalating any issues to the Aqua Sana Duty Manager
• Carrying out productseminar demonstrations as and when required.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 60 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Pre-empts problems and seeks to find solutions
• Previous experience of working within a similar role / beauty industry
• Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
• Ability to build relationships at all levels
• Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
• Ability to utilise excellent time management skills and use own initiative and teamwork
• Previous experience working in a retail environment with proven sales records
