Job Description:

The Membership Experience Host is responsible for maximizing member and guest satisfaction, supporting sales and retention efforts, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and acting as a key holder for the club. The role requires understanding of membership software, participation in fitness challenges, supporting the Fitness Manager, and ensuring the facilities meet high standards. The position involves dealing with member complaints and supporting secondary KPIs related to sales.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximize member and guest experience.
• Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
• Understand and utilize membership software systems.
• Stay updated with fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym focus areas, and participate accordingly.
• Support the Fitness Manager with gym floor activities.
• Experience and promote products and services offered.
• Maintain facilities cleanliness and uphold club standards.
• Drive secondary KPI targets related to sales and spending.
• Handle member complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary.
