JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Would you like to work in a fun, vibrant industry?

We have a vacancy for a slots host to join our team. Previous gaming experience is not essential. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of customer service and be available to support them, ensuring they have a great experience on our slot machines and electronic gaming areas. Flexibility to work various shifts across the week is required.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

1. Delivering excellence in customer service at all times.
2. Welcoming new customers warmly and proactively seeking to attract new ones.
3. Overseeing the slots and electronic gaming (ETG) areas and offering assistance.
4. Identifying food and beverage requirements proactively where appropriate.
5. Having an understanding of the slots and electronic gaming offerings (preferable).
6. Communicating promotional activities or events to customers.
7. Sharing customer feedback with the general manager.
8. Working flexibly across various shifts, including nights and weekends.
