Hotel Indigo & K West Spa Shepherd's Bush is seeking a Spa Attendant to create a calm, immaculate and welcoming environment where guests can switch off. You'll join our pre-opening team and help deliver a luxurious spa experience in Shepherd's Bush.

This role offers an annual salary of £28,400 plus benefits including pension contributions, restaurant and spa discounts, healthcare, and progression opportunities within a globally connected IHG family.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, friendly and approachable personality.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming sanctuary and keep spa spaces clean and well presented.
• Provide warm welcomes, assist guests, and ensure a relaxing experience.
• Replenish towels, robes, refreshments and guest amenities throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards in treatment areas, relaxation spaces and wet areas.
• Support Spa Receptionists and Therapists to deliver a seamless guest journey.
