Hotel Indigo & K West Spa Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver luxurious treatments with warmth and personal care in our calm, upscale sanctuary.

Candidates should hold a recognised spa therapy qualification and have experience in luxury spa settings; both full-time and casual roles are available. A comprehensive range of host benefits is offered across our properties.

Qualifications

• A recognised spa therapy qualification (NVQ Level 3, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, VTCT or equivalent)
• Luxury spa/wellbeing experience
• Expertise in massage, facials and body treatments
• Strong retail and product recommendation skills
• Excellent guest care and communication abilities
• Health & safety knowledge and spa procedures

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxurious face and body treatments, massages, facials and wellbeing rituals with care and precision
• Create personalised experiences by understanding guest needs and tailoring consultations
• Recommend retail products and wellbeing experiences to enhance guest journeys
• Maintain pristine treatment rooms and stock levels, ensuring a calm sanctuary
• Collaborate with Spa Reception and therapists to provide seamless guest experiences
• Keep accurate treatment notes and records throughout the day
• Respond to guest requests with warmth and professionalism
• Support sustainable practices and uphold luxury standards

Fulltime - Annual Salary: £30,000

Casual – £14.42 hourly rate + only core benefits

A Day in Your Neighbourhood

• Deliver exceptional treatments – Perform luxurious face and body treatments, massages, facials, and wellbeing rituals with confidence, care, and impeccable attention to detail.
• Create personalised experiences – Take time to understand every guest's needs, tailoring consultations and recommendations to create truly memorable moments.
• Share your expertise – Recommend retail products, treatments, and wellbeing experiences that enhance the guest journey while supporting commercial success.
• Maintain a sanctuary of calm – Ensure treatment rooms are beautifully presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest standards throughout the day.
• Work as one team – Collaborate closely with Spa Reception and fellow therapists to deliver a seamless experience from arrival through to departure.
• Own the details – Keep consultation records, treatment notes, room checklists, and daily administration accurate and up to date.
• Go beyond expectations – Handle guest requests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury wellbeing destination.
• Champion sustainability – Support environmentally conscious practices, reducing waste and embracing our commitment to responsible wellbeing.
