Job summary

Hotel Indigo in London is seeking a Spa Reception Manager to lead a team delivering luxury guest service at our Spa & Wellbeing sanctuary. You will drive membership engagement, manage reservations and CRM, and oversee a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

In this role you will recruit and develop Spa Receptionists, sell memberships, and create exclusive wellbeing experiences that deepen loyalty while supporting revenue growth and operational excellence across the spa and wellness

Qualifications

• Previous Spa Reception Manager, Membership Manager, or Health Club Manager experience.
• Proven ability to drive membership sales, retention and loyalty programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness with revenue focus and targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest journey from arrival to departure with warmth and precision.
• Drive membership acquisition, retention and engagement through service and relationships.
• Manage reservations, memberships, retail transactions, and CRM data accurately.
• Organise member events and wellness experiences to strengthen loyalty.
• Recruit, train and develop Spa Receptionists to uphold luxury standards.
• Drive revenue growth across memberships, retail, wellness experiences and upgrades.
• Champion wellbeing and ensure interactions reflect our standards and values.
• Oversee reception standards, cash handling, reporting and scheduling.
