Job summary

Hotel Indigo K West Spa Shepherd's Bush is seeking a Spa Attendant to help create a calm, immaculate environment where guests can truly switch off. You will be part of a pre-opening team delivering a luxurious and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive.

As a Spa Attendant, you’ll maintain high standards across spa spaces, assist guests, replenish amenities and support reception and therapy teams to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa, leisure, housekeeping or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential).
• Passion for cleanliness, presentation and guest care.
• Positive, friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the spa team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming sanctuary by keeping spa, gym and thermal facilities clean and well presented for guests.
• Provide warm welcomes, assist guest enquiries, and ensure a relaxing and memorable guest experience.
• Replenish towels, robes, refreshments and guest amenities; keep details prepared.
• Carry out regular checks of treatment areas, relaxation spaces, gym facilities and wet areas.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and monitor equipment; assist with pool testing and safety procedures.
• Support Spa Receptionists and Therapists to deliver a seamless guest experience.
