Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to support the Spa Manager in running our spa and wellness facilities. The role requires experience in a similar environment with fitness and beauty facilities, and NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualification is preferred. Temple Spa and Elemis training are advantageous.

You will help ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage spa staff, and assist with financial and operational goals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, orderliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa/wellness environment.
• NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified is preferred.
• Temple Spa/Elemis training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa Manager in overseeing spa and wellness operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
• Manage spa personnel and scheduling.

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with previous experience gained in a similar environment with fitness and beauty facilities. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified with TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience being a distinct advantage.

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing the operations of the spa and wellness centre. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing spa personnel, and assisting with financial and operational goals. As Assistant Spa Manager, you will also be involved in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the spa.
